What devices are supported?

Lingo Luna supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 and later. Quick Questions additionally requires iOS or iPadOS 26, an Apple Intelligence-capable device, and a ready on-device model.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is required. Core lessons, regular Practice, audio, profiles, and progress work without a developer-operated server. Some Apple system features may have their own device setup requirements.

Why can’t speaking practice hear me?

Open Settings → Privacy & Security and check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled for Lingo Luna. On-device speech recognition must also be available for the selected language. You can always skip a speaking activity without blocking the lesson.

Where is learning progress stored?

Profiles and progress are stored locally in the app container. Apple device or iCloud backups may include that local data when backups are enabled. Lingo Luna does not provide developer-operated cloud sync.

How do I remove local data?

Deleting Lingo Luna removes its local app container from the device. Existing device or iCloud backups are managed separately through Apple’s settings.

Why isn’t Quick Questions available?

It appears only for learned Spanish conversation material and requires a supported Apple Intelligence device. If it is unavailable, Journey and regular Practice continue to work normally.
